Freezing
To freeze egg pancakes, allow them to cool completely. Stack them with parchment paper or wax paper in between to prevent sticking. Place the stacked pancakes in a freezer-safe bag or airtight container. Thaw overnight in the refrigerator or gently reheat in a toaster, oven, or microwave. While freezing is excellent for preservation, some slight texture changes may occur upon thawing.
