Storage Time
3–4 days in the refrigerator, up to 2–3 months in the freezer.
Temperature
Store refrigerated at 0–4°C (32–40°F).
Freezing
To freeze spinach gnocchi, ensure they are uncooked and dry. Spread them in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and freeze until solid. Once frozen, transfer the gnocchi to an airtight freezer bag or container. To cook from frozen, boil directly in salted water for a few minutes longer than fresh gnocchi, until they float. Avoid thawing before cooking for the best texture.
