Storage Time
3–4 days in the refrigerator, up to 2–3 months in the freezer
Temperature
Store cooked pancakes in the refrigerator at or below 4°C (40°F).
Freezing
Pancakes freeze exceptionally well, making them a fantastic make-ahead breakfast option. Allow cooked pancakes to cool completely on a wire rack. Stack them with parchment paper or wax paper between each layer to prevent sticking. Place the stacked pancakes in a freezer-safe bag or airtight container. To thaw, you can reheat them directly from frozen in a toaster, oven, or microwave, or let them thaw overnight in the refrigerator.
