Storage Time
3–4 days in the refrigerator, up to 2–3 months in the freezer
Temperature
Store cooked hotcakes in the refrigerator at or below 4°C (40°F).
Freezing
To freeze hotcakes, allow them to cool completely. Stack them with parchment paper or wax paper between each pancake to prevent sticking. Place the stacked hotcakes in a freezer-safe bag or airtight container. Thaw by placing them in the refrigerator overnight or by gently reheating them in a toaster, oven, or microwave. While freezing is excellent for preservation, some slight texture changes may occur upon thawing.
